Formative Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs)
Each yeah the GUMS team produces top quality practice OSCE stations for Griffith Medical Students and Medical Students nationally. Hundreds of students are involved as Volunteer Examiners, Simulated Patients, and OSCE candidates. We are also supported by returning Alumni who generously volunteer their time to this initiative.
GUMS produces practice OSCE stations for the MD2, MD3 and MD4 level and provides marking rubrics at the conclusion of Formative OSCEs annually.
These stations are intended for practice only. They have been written by students. Care has been taken to provide good examples of a station and mark scheme, however, they may not be reflective of what the Griffith University School of Medicine is looking to assess.
Please refer to any advice provided by the Griffith University School of Medicine when preparing for your OSCEs.
